§ 2-5. Fee for dishonored checks.

The city hereby establishes a service fee for the collection of any dishonored check, draft or other order for the payment of money to a municipal official or agency. The service fee shall be equal to the highest fee permitted by Section 166.251, Florida Statutes (1995), as amended.
