§ 18-4. Additional fine on infractions and violations.

The city hereby assesses an additional two-dollar ($2.00) fine, to be levied on every pedestrian infraction, nonmoving traffic infraction, and moving traffic violation. Such fines shall be collected and expended in accordance with F.S. § 938.15.
