§ 18-3. Adoption of state uniform traffic control laws.

(a)

Generally. The city council hereby adopts F.S. ch. 316, The Florida Uniform Traffic Control Law, by reference as if the same were set forth herein in its entirety.

(b)

Penalty. Any violation of this section shall be punished as provided by general law for a violation of [F.S.] ch. 316.
