§ 17-49. Application fees.

Application for a driver's permit shall be accompanied by a fee of two dollars ($2.00) which shall be deposited in the general fund of the city, unless the application is rejected, in which case the fee shall be returned to the applicant. No fee shall be required for the issuance of a new driver's permit because of the taking of new photographs in the manner required by section 17-52.
