Ord. No. 90-12, § 6, adopted June 12, 1990, repealed Charter § 6.06, which pertained to council districts. This amendment to the Charter is reflective of the results of Res. No. 90-12, adopted Sept. 4, 1990, which details the results of a special referendum election held on Sept. 4, 1990.
