§ 9-16. Storage to avoid insect harborage.

Any person engaged in the business in the city of storing or dealing in used or junked motor vehicle tires shall keep, store and maintain stocks and supplies of the same under cover so as to prevent the accumulation of water therein, and in such manner that the same shall not harbor mosquitoes or other insects or furnish a breeding ground for the same.
