§ 9-17. Annual inspection, certificate of compliance required.

Any person engaged in the business of storing or dealing in used or junked motor vehicle tires shall apply annually to the city building official for an inspection of the stocks and supplies of used or junked automobile tires, and it shall be the duty of the city building official to make such inspection, and if such stocks and supplies of used or junked motor vehicle tires are properly stored, to issue a certificate of compliance herewith.
