§ 8.5-83. Declaration of exclusion from Administrative Procedures Act.

Nothing contained in this article shall be construed or interpreted to include the city in the definition of agency as contained in F.S. § 120.52, or to otherwise subject the city to the application of the Administrative Procedure Act, F.S. Ch. 120. This declaration of intent and exclusion shall apply to all proceedings taken as a result of or pursuant to this article, including specifically, but not limited to, determination of alternative fee calculation pursuant to section 8.5-42 and review hearings under section 8.5-47.
