§ 5-310. Fee schedule.

The following fees based upon the formula contained in section 5-307 shall be paid:

(1)

Single-family residential:

3 acres / 1,000 people × 2.26 / 1 × $46,500.00 = $315.00 per unit

(2)

Multi-family residential:

3 acres / 1,000 people × 2.26 / 1 × $46,500.00 = $315.00 per unit

(3)

Mobile homes:

3 acres / 1,000 people × 2.26 / 1 × $46,500.00 = $315.00 per unit
