§ 5-287. Required.

Before replacing, doing major repairs or installing any seawall or dock in the city, the property owner shall obtain a permit by filing or causing to be filed with the city building department a copy of the licensed professional engineer's drawings and specifications for the proposed installation, together with a designation of the location thereof.
