§ 5-168. Pool permits and inspection fees.

(a)

Pool fees shall be based on the valuation as established in section 5-10 for the structural portion of the in-ground and above-ground pool.

(b)

Plan review fee (pools only):

Residential\$50.00

Commercial\100.00

(c)

Any person who commences work without having first obtained a proper permit will be assessed a double permit fee penalty upon application for the permit.

(d)

Each applicant for a swimming pool permit shall pay a placard fee of three dollars ($3.00), in addition to the applicable fee from the schedule of fees.

(e)

Reinspection fees, which must be paid prior to reinspection:

First reinspection\$30.00

Second reinspection (same violation)\40.00

Third or subsequent reinspection (same violation)\50.00

(f)

Inspection at owner's request, which must be paid at the time of the request. Fee for inspection of swimming pool at owner's request:

Residential\$30.00

Non-residential\60.00
