§ 5-6. Approval of permits for food establishments.

No permit required by this chapter shall be issued for a building to be used for a food outlet of any kind, including food, canning, processing, packaging, or service, until the applicant shall produce proof of approval of the plans of the proposed building by the Volusia County Health Department.
