Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 5-4. Appeals authorized; initiation.
Appeals to the board of adjustments and appeals may be taken by any person, officer, bureau or agent of any public body affected by any decision of the chief building official in accordance with the same procedures as are provided for appeals in zoning matters. Such appeals shall be made within thirty (30) days after a decision by the chief building official by filing with the chief building official a notice of appeal to the board of adjustments and appeals, and specifying the grounds thereof. The chief building official shall forthwith transmit to the board all the papers constituting the record upon which the action appealed from was taken.
