§ 5-12. Permit required for restriping, resealing, and resurfacing of parking lots.

Before any parking lot may be restriped, resealed, or resurfaced, a proper permit therefor shall be obtained from the community development department of the city. However, parking areas at single-family detached dwellings shall be exempt from this requirement.
