§ 5-11. Plan checking fees.

When the valuation of the proposed construction exceeds one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and a plan is required to be submitted, a plan checking fee shall be paid to the city at the time of submitting plans and specifications for checking. Said plan checking fee shall be equal to one-half (½) of the building permit fees as set forth in Section 5-10.
