§ 2-165. Notice.

The city council shall give notice of elections by publication in a newspaper of general circulation throughout the city, which notice shall give the time and place where such election shall be held and which notice shall be published one time, not less than ten (10) days or more than twenty (20) days prior to the holding of such election.
