§ 2-163. State election code adopted.

Latest version.

Notwithstanding the provisions provided in Article 6 of the South Daytona City Charter, the Florida Election Code, Chapter 97, Florida Statutes (1985) and as subsequently amended, is hereby adopted as the election laws for conducting municipal elections in the City of South Daytona, Florida.
