§ 20-94. Property owner's affidavit protecting city against liens.

No installation or construction by a property owner made pursuant to this article shall be accepted by the city manager as finally approved until there is delivered to the city an affidavit which adequately protects the city's interests against mechanic's liens or other liens which might be asserted against the property under applicable law, the form and conditions of the affidavit to be approved by the city attorney.
