§ 20-72. Charge for water and sewer services used by city, governmental agencies.

Latest version.

All water used by the city itself for municipal purposes (other than for the prevention and extinguishment of fires or water reasonably necessary for practice of city firemen) and sewer services (other than water which does not enter the sewer system of the city), and any other political subdivision or public agency (state or federal), except as otherwise provided in any contract heretofore entered into for supplying water or sewer services at wholesale to any such subdivision or agency, shall be charged for such water and sewer service at the established rates as provided for in article III, section 20-32.
