§ 20-21. Trust funds.

There are hereby established two (2) trust funds, one designated as (1) "Impact Fee Capital Improvements Trust Fund for the Extension of Primary Water System" and (2) "Impact Fee Capital Improvement Trust Fund for the Extension of Primary Wastewater Systems," wherein all impact fees for each department shall be deposited to be held in separate accounts used only for the purposes of the extension of the city's primary water supply and the primary wastewater collection system. Funds may be disbursed from these accounts in the general way pursuant to the charter with the added requirements of acquiring approval of the city engineer.
