§ 20-20. Use of proceeds.

Latest version.

The proceeds accumulated by reason of the establishment of an impact fee can be used only for the expansion of the primary water system and the primary sanitary sewer system and for remittance to the city pursuant to any contractual provisions which require such remittance.
