§ 17-30. Acceptance of permits required; contents; effect of nonacceptance.

(a)

Any permit issued pursuant to this article shall not become effective until the applicant's written acceptance is filed with the city clerk.

(b)

Such written acceptance shall contain an agreement on the part of the applicant to comply faithfully with all of the provisions of this chapter and any amendments thereto, and any rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.

(c)

If such written acceptance is not filed with the city clerk within thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of the permit, then such permit shall automatically become null and void.
