§ 17-8. Posting of rates.

All rates applying to any taxicab shall be posted in such taxicab in a conspicuous place so as to be plainly observable by each passenger thereof, and shall be so posted and in type sufficiently large so that the same may be read by passengers while sitting in the seats provided for passengers.
