§ 13-22. Exceptions.

It shall not be a violation of this article for a business holding a valid business tax receipt and zoning approval to store unregistered or inoperable motor vehicles, vessels, trailers or any other items of personal property which is capable of being licensed or registered under the laws of the State of Florida.
