§ 13-6. Duties at fire.

Upon notification of a fire, it shall be the duty of the police supervisor to assign police personnel to provide security for fire apparatus, traffic and crowd control. On-scene police personnel shall have the power to summon citizens to assist, including the guarding of any property removed from any house and it shall be unlawful for any person so summoned to refuse to render such aid.
