§ 13-5. Police employees to furnish equipment not issued by the city; duty to surrender equipment issued by the city.

Each person employed by the city to serve in the police department is required to furnish equipment required in the performance of their duty that may not be issued by the city. Upon dismissal or resignation each individual shall be required to surrender city owned uniforms, equipment, badges, keys and related items.
