§ 10-64. Signs permitted.

  • (a)

    One (1) sign of not more than four (4) square feet shall be permitted to be displayed on the property of the residence where a garage sale is being conducted pursuant to a permit issued under this article. Such sign shall be displayed only during the times of the sale as delineated in the permit.

    (b)

    One (1) sign of not more than four (4) square feet may be displayed off the property of the residence where a garage sale is being conducted pursuant to city ordinance. The off-premise sign shall be placed only where indicated on the permit. Such sign shall be displayed only during the times permitted by city ordinance and only on the date or dates for which the permit is valid. Such sign shall be displayed only on public right-of-way where not otherwise prohibited by law.
