No property offered for sale shall be displayed outside the permanent structures of
the residence, including the house structure, garages and carports, except such property
as is too large to fit inside the residential structure and except such property as
might normally be located in the lawn or yard (e.g. lawn furniture, swing sets, lawn
mowers, etc.).
