§ 9-19. Right to enter to inspect.

The city building official and his representatives, from time to time, shall have the right to enter and go upon the premises of any person engaged in such business, and to inspect said premises and the manner in which the stocks and supplies of used or junked motor vehicle tires are kept, stored and maintained thereon.
