§ 9-18. Certificate prerequisite to local business tax receipt.

It shall be the duty of any person engaged in the business of storing or dealing in used or junked motor vehicle tires to present a certificate of the city building official showing satisfactory compliance herewith to the city clerk when procuring a local business tax receipt to engage in such business.
