§ 9-2. Keeping junk in residential or commercial section.

No person shall keep, store or allow to remain on any property within any residential or business section of the city, any dismantled, partially dismantled, nonoperative, or discarded machinery, vehicles, boats or parts thereof, scrap metal or junk.
