§ 8-1. State sanitary code adopted.

The rules and regulations promulgated by the Florida State Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, pursuant to Chapter 381, Florida Statutes, or any amendments thereto, known as "The Sanitary Code of Florida," is hereby adopted as the sanitary code of the city.
