§ 8.5-24. Adoption of impact fee studies.

The council hereby adopts and incorporates by reference, the studies entitled "Fire Protection Impact Fee Rate Study, City of South Daytona, Florida," and "Police Services Impact Fee Rate Study, City of South Daytona, Florida," particularly the assumptions, conclusions and findings in such studies as to the allocation of anticipated costs of capital improvements and additions to the city police system and city fire rescue system among the various property uses and those assumptions, conclusions and findings in such studies as to the determination of anticipated costs of additions required to accommodate growth. The impact fee studies are attached as Appendix A.
