§ 7-7. Authority of city.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall limit the city's ability to specify the location of container(s), size of container(s), and number of pickups. The city shall have the right to determine the number of cans, the number and size of containers and/or the frequency of pickup for all commercial customers.
