§ 5-306. Existing recreational development.

It is hereby determined that the city has adequate land area to meet the adopted level of service standard existing as of September 11, 1991. The city is obligated by the comprehensive plan to consider the purchase of all riverfront parcels in excess of two (2) acres before approving alternate development.
