§ 5-292. Time limitation on applications, plans, specifications and permits.

All approvals of applications, plans, specifications and permits issued thereon shall expire by limitation six (6) months from the date of the original approval or issuance thereof; provided, that this limitation shall not apply when work thereunder has begun and carried on with reasonable diligence and continuity; further provided, that in no event shall it be for a period longer than one (1) year from the original approval or issuance thereof.
