§ 5-290. Issuance.

The city manager or his designated representative shall analyze the plans, specifications and application for permit and upon determination that the contemplated work shall be done in conformity to this article, shall advise the city building department to issue a permit to perform such work, subject to such reasonable schedule of inspections and final approval and conditions as the city manager shall deem necessary. No permit shall be issued unless the applicant has the required permits from Florida Department of Environmental Regulations, Army Corps of Engineers, or any other agency required to approve docks and/or seawalls.
