§ 5-178. Mechanical permits and inspection fees.

    Minimum permit fee ..... $30.00

    (c)

    Plan review fees. All plan review fees shall be the responsibility of the applicant for plans contracted out for review. These fees are required to be paid prior to plan review.

    $5,001.00 to 10,000.00\30.00

    (d)

    Any person who commences work without having first obtained a permit will be assessed a double permit fee penalty upon application for permit.

    (e)

    Each applicant for a mechanical permit shall pay a placard fee of three dollars ($3.00), in addition to the applicable fee from the schedule of fees.

    (f)

    Reinspection fees, which must be paid prior to reinspection:

    First reinspection\$30.00

    Second reinspection (same violation)\40.00

    Third or subsequent reinspection (same violation)\50.00

    (g)

    Inspection at owner's request, which must be paid at the time of the request. Fee for inspection of mechanical system in existing buildings at owner's request:
