§ 5-21. Model administrative code.

The Building Officials Association of Florida Model Administrative Code for the 2007 Florida Building Code, current final draft and subsequent final drafts for future editions of the Florida Building Code, is adopted in its entirety. A copy shall be filed in the office of the city clerk and shall be available for public inspection during the regular business hours of such office.
