§ 4-51. License and renewal period.

The licensing period and renewal period shall begin with the fiscal year which starts on October first and ends on September thirtieth for each and every year. Application for license shall be made during October of each year. Persons who fail to obtain a license as required within the time period specified in this section will be subjected to prosecution.
