§ 4-8. Keeping livestock or reptiles prohibited.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to keep or maintain horses, mules, asses, goats, reptiles, bulls, steers, cows or other cattle, or hogs within the city.

Ord. No. 18-03 , § 1, adopted Apr. 10, 2018, repealed § 4-8 which pertained to disposition of unclaimed animals and renumbered former §§ 4-9—4-17 as §§ 4-8—4-16. Former § 4-8 was derived from Ord.
