§ 3-7. How distance is measured.

Distance measurements in this chapter shall be measured from the closest point of the real property upon which the alcohol establishment is located to the closest point of the real property upon which another alcohol establishment, church or school is located, except when the alcohol establishment, church or school is part of the shopping center complex in which case the distance is measured from the front door of said use in the shopping center complex. Vacant land owned or leased by an alcohol establishment, church or school that is not part of and incorporated into a larger development shall not be considered to preclude an alcohol establishment.
