§ 3.5-123. False information.

It shall be unlawful for any person applying for an adult entertainment license pursuant to division 2 to make a false statement or provide false information which is intended to facilitate the issuance of a license on the application required by section 3.5-62, to provide false information in the reports required by section 3.5-91, or to falsify the records required by section 3.5-95.
