§ 3.5-83. Variances.

The city's board of adjustments and appeals is authorized to approve a variance from the distance and zoning requirements of this code [article], pursuant to the procedures and criteria established for other variance requests as set forth in the consolidated land development regulations of the city; however, no variance shall allow an adult entertainment establishment in any zoning district other than light industrial.
