§ 3.5-68. Changing establishment name.

Latest version.

No licensee may change the name of an adult entertainment establishment unless and until he satisfies each of the following requirements:
(1)

Gives the community development department thirty (30) days' notice in writing of the proposed name change;

(2)

Pays the community development department a three-dollar change-of-name fee; and

(3)

Complies with Florida Statutes, Section 865.09.
