§ 3.5-37. Enforcement.

The provisions of this article may be enforced by:
(1)

A suit brought by the city in the circuit court to restrain, enjoin, or prevent a violation of this code [article];

(2)

Enforcement proceedings by the City's Code enforcement board; or

(3)

Criminal prosecution as provided in division 5, section 3.5-111 of this code [article].
