§ 2-310. Recording of orders; foreclosure.

  • Orders of the special master on public nuisances shall be recorded in the public records to provide notice to subsequent purchasers, successors in interest, or assigns of the real property that it is subject to the order. Recorded orders shall become a lien against the real property that is the subject of the order and may be foreclosed as provided by law. The city shall be entitled to reimbursement of all costs, including reasonable attorney fees, associated with the recording of the orders and foreclosure.
