§ 2-307. Nuisance abatement.

The city hereby adopts and incorporates all of F.S. § 893.138, as amended, as is specifically set forth herein. The city hereby authorizes and delegates to the special master the right and authority to enforce all of the city's rights, duties and obligations as set forth in F.S. § 893.138, as amended.
