§ 2-253. Reconsideration—Generally.
Latest version.
When a motion or main question has been made and carried or lost, it shall be in order at any time as a matter of right at the same or any succeeding meeting for a member of the majority, or for any member in the case of a tie vote, to move for reconsideration thereof. The motion to reconsider shall require for its adoption the affirmative votes of a majority of all council members in attendance at the meeting.
