§ 2-233. Agenda items; order of items.

The items to be placed on the agenda and the order in which such items appear on the agenda shall be determined by the city manager, subject to the following:

(1)

A council member may have an item placed on the agenda as long as another council member supports said item being placed on the agenda.

(2)

The city council, by majority vote, may prescribe the order of agenda items or any meeting or meetings.

(3)

The order of business at any meeting may be changed during the meeting by majority vote of all council members in attendance at the meeting.
